"KORE has been an exceptional partner for us," said Dave Elgin, Vice President of Analytics, Hawks. "With the fan's experience being a top priority, we felt compelled to ramp up our data systems and capabilities and expand our data footprint."

Since 2012, the Hawks have leveraged KORE Software's CRM, ticketing, and sponsorship capabilities to enhance the experience of fans. The club's current technology stack with KORE already included Sponsorship and Partner Engagement™, Suites & Premium™ and Ticketing & Fan Engagement™.

"Having worked so closely with the Hawks over the past several years, we have a unique understanding of their goals and how their business works," mentioned Adam Grow, KORE's Executive Vice President of Customer Success and Business Strategy. "This will be invaluable as we help the team expand their BI strategy, and we're excited to get started."
